Undated, but circa 1895. Housed in a damaged but charming period frame.

Artist unknown but very well executed in Pen & Ink on paper mounted to card. The print of the final state bookplate pasted to separate piece of card.

Circa 1895. Very much in the Arts & Crafts style of William Morris and Walter Crane.

Large and rare example together with an actual bookplate print in its final state.

9 x 87/8 inches (overall size of card)
35/8 x 23/4 inches (size of bookplate)

In very good condition. Gilt wood and plaster frame, while charming, is in poor condition with wear and much plaster loss.
