Original 18th century panelled, blindstamped calf with 5 raised bands and red gilt stamped morocco title to spine.

In very good condition. Nicely rebacked with original boards with original spine laid down. Exterior showing minor wear to extremities and rubbing. Interior condition very good with front and rear hinges cracked but text block tight and everything is solid. Majority of pages are in fine condition save for browning/toning to front blank end leaf and multiple full page plates later in the volume as a result of the paper composition and/or the copper used during the engraving process.
