[1 blank]+[2 leaves of title + Advertisement and Advertisement to the third edition]+[xiii]+[15-378, numbering starts at 15 as pages before are unusually counted]+[1 blank]. Appears complete.

Very Good: Rebound in red cloth, faded and worn, with new endpapers at some point, front hinge cracked and loose but holding strong, a couple contemporary ink notations, some light pencil marks throughout(may be removed), otherwise pages are clean.
