Complete in 2 volumes. Bound in gilt tooled leather over hard pebbled cloth boards, 5 raised bands, marbled pages edges, marbled inner boards and featuring fine engravings on heavier stock paper and 2 chromolithograph frontis plates in Volume 1.
Volumes measure 97/8 x 73/4 inches
Volume I: 392 pages plus 54 full page engravings + 2 chromolithograph frontis plates
Volume II: 649 pages plus 20 full page engravings
In very good condition with wear and rubbing to exteriors, particularly to the leather. Back inner hinge of Volume I cracked but solid.
