With the Ex Libris bookplate to front pastedown of Herbert McLean Evans (designed by artist Dorothy Payne for Evans). Evans was an American anatomist and embryologist, most famous for his co-discovery of Vitamin E. Evans was also a bibliophile, known for his collection of rare and milestone books of science:

Condition is very good with exteriors showing wear and rubbing, and a 1 inch chip to the lower leather spine. Interior pages show some foxing throughout, otherwise fine.
