In very good condition with wear AND RUBBING to exteriors with some soiling and discolouration to outer binding as seen in multiple attached photographs. Interior pages are clean with light foxing to inner boards, some trivial and light foxing or toning to outer page margins. A very nice and complete copy of a rare architectural work.
