Very Good. Exterior leather showing some wear, chipping at edges, wear and cracking at edges, but text block and binding is tight and strong. Pages show general age toning but generally clean, 1765 inscription to first blank, foldout 2: tear along fold and across with no loss and repairable, foldout 3: half torn off not present, foldout 11: chipping, tearing and stain to edges not affecting image, foldout 13: wear to edge, foldout 19: light staining to very top edge not affecting image, foldout 22 light stain to top edge, foldout 24: minor wear to top edge, foldout 27: 2 inch tear to outside edge with wear to edges, foldout 36: wear to outer edge.
