Very good condition with some wear and rubbing to edges, upper corner of cover bumped, darkened stain to upper leather corner of back cover, light fading to leather at the edges of covers at spine, and a former owner's library stamp to ffep and lower margin of page 49 and 97. Otherwise a fine, tight and finely bound copy.
